About the Bre Collection

The Bre Collection combines luxury comfort, cooling technology, and responsive support in a made-to-order collection crafted in California. Each model offers a different level of comfort, from balanced everyday support to a more indulgent, premium sleep experience.

All three mattresses combine SmartFoam HD™ foams, PermaCold Cooling Gel™, OrthoCoils+ individually wrapped coils, and 360° foam edge support, but each model uses a different comfort construction.
Golden Hour uses plush and medium SmartFoam HD™ layers for balanced cushioning and support.
Sunset Glow adds multiple plush SmartFoam HD™ layers in its Euro-top for a softer, more cushioned feel.
Midnight Diamond features the most advanced construction, combining multiple plush foam layers with natural latex for added airflow, resilience, responsiveness, and a more luxurious feel.

Golden Hour offers the most balanced feel, combining gentle cushioning with responsive support for everyday comfort.
Sunset Glow provides a softer, plusher Euro-top feel with deeper cushioning while maintaining supportive pocketed coils underneath.
Midnight Diamond delivers the most luxurious and deeply cushioned experience, with natural latex adding responsive bounce and support so the mattress feels plush without feeling overly soft or unstable.

Each mattress in the Bre Collection are available in Queen, Eastern King, and California King size.
Golden Hour mattresses are 12-inch thick. Sunset Glow mattresses are 14-inch thick. Midnight Diamond mattresses are 16-inch thick.

Golden Hour is adjustable-base friendly, with a flexible construction designed to move comfortably with an adjustable foundation. Compatibility for other models may vary depending on the base and setup.
Production & Delivery

Each mattress is made to order and requires approximately two weeks for production. Shipping and delivery time is additional and will vary depending on your mattress model, delivery method, destination, carrier schedules, and other applicable delivery conditions.

Production begins after your order is placed and the required minimum deposit has been received. Because your mattress is made to order, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

For mattresses delivered by our white-glove delivery service, you will be contacted when your order is ready and provided with instructions for scheduling your delivery appointment.

Delivery depends on the mattress model.
Golden Hour mattresses are shipped through Standard Delivery via UPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Sunset Glow and Midnight Diamond mattresses are delivered through our professional white-glove delivery service. The delivery team will bring the mattress into your home, unpack and inspect it, place it in the room of your choice, and remove the packaging materials. An authorized adult age 18 or older must be present to accept the delivery, inspect the merchandise, and sign the delivery receipt.
Applicable delivery fees are included in the total purchase price and vary by delivery area.
Please note that delivery time and production time are separate. Each mattress requires approximately two weeks for production, plus additional shipping and delivery time.

For white-glove deliveries, you will be contacted when your mattress is ready and provided with instructions to schedule your delivery appointment. Golden Hour mattresses are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please refer to your order communications for available shipping and delivery updates.

Each mattress is made specifically for your order rather than pulled from existing inventory. Production begins after your order and required deposit are received.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Because made-to-order mattresses enter production specifically for your order, they cannot be modified once the order has been placed. Please carefully confirm your mattress model, size, delivery information, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Made-to-order mattresses cannot be canceled once production has begun. Because production begins shortly after the order is placed, please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

The APPROVED return claim will be dropped off at 20300 Business Parkway, however, I did not list this address on the attached policy as each claim needs to be approved by designated Customer Service.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied, this will be deducted from the refund amount. In addition, any related pick up/transportation charges will be deducted as well on the refund amount.

Normally 5-7 business days but on the policy listed this vary on consumer’s payment method and financial institution as every merchant is really different.
Warranty & Support

The Bre Collection mattresses include a limited 10-year manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser. The warranty covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Please inspect your mattress carefully when it is delivered. For white-glove deliveries, if you notice damage or a defect, notify the delivery team immediately and document the issue on the delivery receipt.
If the damage or defect is determined to be the responsibility of Furniture of America, Inc., we may arrange for a replacement or qualified repair at no additional charge.
If you discover a potential manufacturing defect after delivery, you may submit a warranty claim. Proof of purchase, the original law tag, a description of the issue, and photographs or other supporting information may be required. An inspection may also be required before warranty coverage is determined.
